ABOUT RITA

Rita Kingsmill Stuart is an experienced art curator, dealer, fundraiser, administrator and writer with a specialisation in Modern and Contemporary art. Prior to founding her art consultancy, she worked in Toronto, Canada and Venice, Italy, at leading Contemporary art galleries. Rita trained at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice, Italy and Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation in New York, NY.

Rita is a graduate from Queen’s University (Kingston, Canada), she holds an honours Bachelors of Arts degree with a focus on Italian Renaissance art history. Rita has a certificate in Arts Fundraising from the University of Leeds. She was a founding member and the co-chair of the Art Gallery of Ontario’s young patrons program and is an active supporter of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Palazzo Grassi.

Through the network Rita has developed over the years, clients will gain access to galleries, private collections, museums and art experiences around the world.
